53滞在制作プロジェクト 芸術村を訪れる前は、この土地の美しい雰囲気の中で、 個人的な物語を拡張していこうと考えていた。しかし、これまでの滞在を通じて、私の関心は、外国人だからこそ持つことのできる見解、さらには韓国人アーティストだからこそ持てる見解へと変わっていった。 作品は日本と韓国の関係について言及している。これまで創作してきた作品と同様に、これら二つの国の歴史的問題に基づくものではなく、私の個人的な視点を通して得られる「日本のイメージ」を収集している。イメージは、ただのイメージであり、明確な意見や論争を持っているわけではない。ある状況から収集されたただのイメージが、配置され列挙されているだけなのである。 それらはただ選ばれリスト化され続けているに過ぎない。Residence ProjectIt was my intention to expand the idea of my personalstory either work based on the beautiful atmosphere of this area before I have come here.However, the whole experience I had for the last 2weeks led my interest towards “perspective” eligiblethat I can have as a foreigner, perhaps as a Korean artist.The work will be considered the relationship betweenJapan and Korea. By following the nature of my previousworks, I will collect the ‘Images of Japan’ reflectedthrough my personal point of view than any facts basedon the historical issues between these two counties.IMAGES are carrying any meanings not more than justthe images themselves. The images in my work willcontain no specific opinions of any contentions. Theyare just the images of certain circumstances will becollected, arranged and enumerated.They are merely remained being chosen and listed.
