53Future is the bottomObjectAshes of YamayakiDimensions variable2018『意識が火をつける』映像インスタレーション（フィルムスチル）スライドプロジェクター2台、鏡サイズ可変滞在制作プロジェクト『垂直的時間』 トリスタン・ガルシアの著書にある、時間の垂直的構造の上にくる別の時間の秩序を反映しています。現在が最も上にきて、過去は真ん中、未来は底にきます。ガストン・バシュラールは、著書「火の精神分析」の中で、火にはほとんど不可視の振動に取って代わられる箇所があるといいます。そこで、物質的性質を失い、その実体を失い、純真な精神となるのです。私は、彼の見方を通して日本の自然崇拝である「森様信仰」に同様の垂直的構造を見つけました。 視覚、嗅覚、身体的な経験と意識の流れを示すため、時間の垂直的構造を用いた拡張映画を作ります。山焼きの現象論的な視点を得るため、日本舞踊家の花柳寿寛福氏とのコラボレーションを行います。Residence ProjectVertical TimeI reflect the essay by Tristan Garcia, another order oftime on the vertical structure of time. The present finditself at the top, the past is in the middle, and the futureis the bottom. In the book, “ Psychoanalysis of fire ”,Gaston Bachelard wrote that at the point of the flame,where color gives way to an almost invisible vibration.Then fire is dematerialized; it loses its reality; it becomespure spirit. Through his way of seeing, I examinethe vertical structure of fire and trees. I found out thesimilar vertical structure in Japanese nature worship,Morisama. To representing the flux of consciousnesswith visual, olfactory and bodily experience, I create anexpand cinema with vertical time structure.
