私の作品は、物理的、心理的な空間において鑑賞者の知覚を変化させる“膜”であることを目指している。現象学、そして社会との関わりを通して、透明な物質ー主にガラス、水、飴、そして光などの素材を探求している。これらの透明な物質はその性質故に不確定であって、どこか捉えどころが無い。それ故にこれらの素材は常に変化を求めている。透明性と流動性は作品の中で重要なキーワードである。制作過程において、私は素材のもろさや不安定さと格闘する。素材は透明であるがために、存在と不在を同時に感じさせる。私の作るインスタレーションや彫刻作品は、時の流れと共にその姿を変容させ、瞬間のダイナミズムを強調する。My work aims to be a “membrane” that moves the perceptionof the viewer in physical and psychological spaces. Throughinvestigating phenomenology and sociology, I explore transparentmaterials including glass, water, candy, and light.These substances are indeterminate and elusive. Therefore,they are poised for change.Transparency and fluidity are the important keywords in myartwork. During the production process, I grapple with fragilityand instability. The transparency addresses the presence andabsence at the same time.
