trans_2018-2019 018www.ytph.frポール・オマージュと竹内佑未はフランスと日本を拠点に活動するアーティストである。2013年より共同制作を開始。共同制作において発生する問題は、個々の問題を解決するためにしばしば役立つ。例えば制作中のコミュニケーションはお互いの母国語ではない英語で交わされるため、必然的に双方の解釈にズレが起こる。このように言葉の再解釈が繰り返し必要な制作領域というのは、1つのデバイス内に複数の書き手が出現しているかのようである。彼らの作品の多くは、ドローイングや版画、絵画、石など、様々な素材をスクリーンとし、プロジェクターによって投影された映像の光との相互作用によって空間を形成するインスタレーションである。パランプセストのように、複数のイメージを重ね描くことによって出現する多孔質な空間、またそれらの制作途中で現れるランダム性を探求する。Since 2013, Paul Hommage and Yumi Takeuchi startedcollaboration and included in their personal artisticresearches problematics inherent to the collectivecreation process. Collaboratives problematics helpedoften to resolve individual ones. The issue of languageused during the creation of artwork induced necessarilya reinterpretation from both actors of the processand similarly make appear a plurality of writings withina unique device. They often work with mixed media,using video projection devices as an overlay interactingwith fixed representations. Their works appears asinstallations, including in their core drawings, etchings,paints, texts and so on.
