{"id":9822,"date":"2021-05-28T17:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-28T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aiav.jp\/en\/?post_type=news&#038;p=9822"},"modified":"2021-09-19T16:43:47","modified_gmt":"2021-09-19T07:43:47","slug":"20210528","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/aiav.jp\/en\/news\/20210528\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement to AIAV users and visitors"},"content":{"rendered":"<link rel=\"stylesheet\" href=\"https:\/\/aiav.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/themes\/aiav\/style.css\">\n\n\n<p>Thank you always for your understanding and cooperation in preventing COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the spread of COVID-19 infection, we kindly <u>request people come from outside Japan and from the targeted prefectures for State of Emergency Declaration and Focused Anti-infection Measures to refrain from using and visiting to AIAV through 26th September, 2021.<\/u> There may be changes in facility usage due to future situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pref.yamaguchi.lg.jp\/wordpress\/a10000\/korona2020\/202008030001.html\" class=\"newtab\">Message by the Governor of Yamaguchi Prefecture.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requests and Notifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. AIAV requests people who are applicable to one of the conditions below to refrain from using and visiting AIAV.<br>\n&#8211; Those who live outside Yamaguchi prefecture.<br>\n&#8211; Those who live in Yamaguchi prefecture but visited areas under state of emergency or priority preventative measures within 14 days.<br>\n&#8211; Those who have cold symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and chills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. AIAV asks you your name and contact information when you enter the building.<br>\n&#8211; We will use the information to make contact when infection is proved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. AIAV measures your body temperature when you enter the building.<br>\n&#8211; Those with a body temperature of 37.5\u00b0C or higher are not allowed to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Please be thorough with washing your hands and cough manners to prevent droplet infection.<br>\n&#8211; Liquid soap is installed in the restroom.<br>\n&#8211; Hand sanitizer is installed near the entrance.<br>\n&#8211; Please wear a mask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Please cooperate with followings when using AIAV facilities.<br>\n&#8211; Please grasp names and contact information of all attendees.<br>\n&#8211; Please recommend wearing masks and washing their hands to attendees.<br>\n&#8211; Please install alcohol-based sanitizers at the venue.<br>\n&#8211; Please refrain from talking loudly when moving inside the building.<br>\n&#8211; Maximum number of people at each facility is restricted as follows to prevent group infection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"covid19 wp-block-list\"><li>Studio 1 _____ 15 people<\/li><li>Studio 2-6 _____ 5 people<\/li><li>Studio 7 _____ 9 people<\/li><li>Seminar Room 1, 3 _____ 30 people (25 people in case of seminar style using tables)<\/li><li>Seminar Room 2 _____ 50 people (37 people in case of seminar style using tables)<\/li><li>Concert Hall _____ 70 people in case of practice at Stage area \/ 300 people in case of event such as a concert without a loud voice<\/li><li>Accommodation room _____ 2 people\/room<\/li><li>Share kitchen _____ 5 people<\/li><li>Cafe (at the main building) _____ 22 people<\/li><li>\u3000<\/li><li>*In case of events with yelling, shouting or singing in a big voice at Concert Hall, maximum number of people available will be 150.<br>*In case of practice, please Keep enough distance more than 1 meter between people.<br>*Please refrain from drinking alcohol.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Please ventilate well more than once a hour. (Please use an air cleaner installed at Seminar rooms)<br>\n&#8211; After using equipment, wipe them with a wet tissue (must be alcohol-free).<br>\n&#8211; Please leave the door open after use.
