Participants are expected to complete administrative procedures at the designated place, day and time, and then follow directions of the staff. If a participant does not arrive in time, this will be regarded as a default.
Complimentary shuttle buses between JR Shin-Yamaguchi Station, Yamaguchi-Ube airport and the venue on the previous days of the first qualifiers and after the days of final selections will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Regarding fee payment<\/h5>\n\n\n\nThose who do not pay the fee within the prescribed time limits are not admitted to attend the contest.
We cannot refund the fee once it is paid.
The fee does not cover the expenses of participants during this competition apart from the accommodation fee (3 nights) of Akiyoshidai International Art Village. The expense for the piano accompanist is also not covered.
