If a participant does not arrive in time, this will be regarded as a default.<br>Complimentary shuttle buses between JR Shin-Yamaguchi Station, Yamaguchi-Ube airport and the venue on the previous days of the first qualifiers and after the days of final selections will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regarding fee payment<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who do not pay the fee within the prescribed time limits are not admitted to attend the contest.<br>We cannot refund the fee once it is paid.<br>The fee does not cover the expenses of participants during this competition apart from the accommodation fee (3 nights) of Akiyoshidai International Art Village.
