<\/p>\n\n\n\nOther <\/h4>\n\n\n\nAcceptance Procedures<\/h5>\n\n\n\n– Lots will be drawn to decide the order of appearance.
– Participants are expected to complete administrative procedures at the designated place, day and time, and then follow directions of the staff. If a participant does not arrive in time, this will be regarded as a default.
– Complimentary shuttle buses between JR Shin-Yamaguchi Station, Yamaguchi-Ube airport and the venue on the previous days of the first qualifiers and after the days of final selections will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Regarding fee payment<\/h5>\n\n\n\n– Those who do not pay the fee at the reception desk on the day are not admitted to attend the contest.
– We cannot refund the fee once it is paid.
– The fee does not cover the expenses of participants during this competition apart from the accommodation fee (3 nights) of Akiyoshidai International Art Village. The expense for the piano accompanist is also not covered.
– Participants can use the restaurant during their stay on the premises (on their own charge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Privacy Policy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n\u2013 Please be aware that the participant\u2019s name, age, highest level of education, and ID photo may be used for this competition\u2019s public relations activities.
\u2013 Participant\u2019s private information is only used for management of this competition.
\u2013 Our institute has the right to take photos and record videos of this competition for broadcasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Other<\/h5>\n\n\n\n– In the event that you must withdraw from this competition after you apply, please inform us as soon as possible.
– The participants of the double bass category will have a chance to take a follow-up (paid) lesson by Professor BUNYA Michinori after the competition is finished on April 29th and 30th.
