Paper cutting, Paper art<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is being in absorbed over twenty years to create “paper cutting art” that is capable of a search of creation involving the deep physical realization by cutting a piece of paper by a hand with a knife. Through her works like cutting out a sheet of breakable paper with a few length of meters, she extents and purposes “Possibility of hand works by human” that being lost with efficiency society in today. Currently she is also visiting paper production areas in Japan and overseas to deepen her understanding of the history of paper and papermaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During her stay, she will open to the general public the finishing work for the exhibition “Layer of SESSHU” for the following schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
