Lecturer

Nao YOSHIGAI

Born in 1987. After she studied Dance at Dance studies major at Japan Women’s College of Physical Education, she entered Graduated School of Film and New Media at Tokyo University of the Arts. She is creating the time focused on Seeing and Hearing as the movie from materials of the physical sense and phenomenon particular to creature.
The film ‘hottamaru・days’ (2015/directed by Nao Yoshigai) was awarded the New Face Award of Entertainment Division at Japan Media Arts Festival.
She had Solo exhibition “Breathing House” (AI KOWADA GALLERY/Tokyo/2018), group exhibition “Primal Water”(Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art/Las Begas/2018).


Participated artist of AIAV AiR Support Program trans_2013-2014.
