Announcement about relaxation of the facility usage restriction

　Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in preventing COVID-19.

　We will relax the maximum number of people who are able to use the facilities as follows from 1st October, 2020.

• Studio 1 / 15 people
  Studio 2-6 / 5 people
  Studio 7 / 9 people
  Seminar Room 1,3 / 30 people (Seminar style with tables: 25 people)
  Seminar Room 2 / 50 people (Seminar style with tables: 37 people)
  Concert Hall (Practice use in stage area) / 70 people
  Concert Hall (Events without a loud voice at audience seats area) / 300 people

　Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in preventing COVID-19.

　The restrictions on facility use is relaxed as follows from Monday, June 29.
　Please note the number of people who are able to use each room is different from the conventional number for the time. We ask for your continued understanding and cooperation.

• – We will resume accepting accommodation for the purpose of sightseeing.
• – We will resume the use of facilities in the night and late night categories.
• – We will relax the maximum number of people who are able to use the facilities as follows.

Notification of resumption of use (May 23)

　Akiyoshidai International Art Village was temporarily closed to prevent COVID-19 infection, but we will resume using all facilities and visits from May 25 (Mon.), under the direction of Yamaguchi Prefecture.

　Upon reopening, we will take thorough measures to prevent infection of COVID-19 under the guidance of Yamaguchi Prefecture. We would like to ask all visitors to understand and cooperate with the following items.

　Regarding the facility rental, for the time being, the number of people and time of use are limited, and accommodation is limited to main building users to prevent infectious diseases. We may change the measure depending on the future situation. Thank you for your kind understanding.
